Predict Through the Outage

Fresh semantic state refreshes the cache. During an outage, predicted state carries control until the cache expires and the system enters safe hold. This is a conceptual resilience model, not a paper reproduction.

Available once per episode while running. The next slot is guaranteed to receive fresh semantic state, and 4.0 is added to the service gap.

Press 1, 2, or 3 to choose a payload, Space to start or pause, and R to force one resynchronization while the episode is running.
